Anyone can be a victim – Learn how to avoid becoming one. Identity theft can rob you of your credit rating, your bank accounts and your retirement savings!

Your identity can be stolen in many ways –

· Theft of mail from your home mailbox

· Personal information thrown in trash cans

· Bank and financial statements disposed of improperly

· Disclosing account numbers or other personal information to unauthorized persons

· Unscrupulous people posing as bank or credit card company employees
